Founders Pledge in San Francisco is seeking a Senior Community Manager to own and deepen relationships with our SF member base. You will engage founders and CEOs, host intimate gatherings, and translate member needs back into FP teams, building trust and ensuring a high-value, member-centric experience.

Based in our SF office with regular Bay Area travel, you’ll lead 1:1 touchpoints, curate events, and collaborate across Communications, Programming, Growth, and Fundraising teams to strengthen

Formación

• Proven experience managing relationships at a senior or high-net-worth level, especially in communities or philanthropy.
• Excellent 1:1 and group communication with warmth and clarity.
• Strong listening, interpersonal skills, and trust-building ability.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain a trusted portfolio of SF-based member relationships with regular 1:1 touchpoints.
• Represent FP externally in the Bay Area, communicating approach to high-impact giving.
• Lead invitation strategies and host events in the Bay Area.
• Collaborate with Communications, Programming, Growth, Fundraising, and Advisory teams to deliver a joined-up member experience.
• Keep member records current and detailed for a holistic view of each member.
• Develop the Bay Area engagement strategy and foster a strong community network.
