Job summary

RIMEPRO INC in the Bay Area seeks a seasoned Superintendent to lead field operations on diverse ground-up multifamily and commercial projects. You will mobilize teams, manage schedules, and coordinate trades to hit critical milestones.

The ideal candidate travels up to 1–2 hours, holds OSHA 30, a valid license, and Procore/Bluebeam skills; a Construction Management degree is preferred but alternative experience welcomed.

Qualifications

• 8-20+ years of superintendent experience across multifamily and commercial construction.
• Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office proficiency.
• OSHA 30 certified and valid driver's license.
• Travel willingness to 1–2 hours to Bay Area sites and throughout California.

Responsibilities

• Manage all daily field operations across diverse project types from mobilization through closeout.
• Develop and maintain project schedules including 3-week look-aheads and milestones.
• Coordinate subcontractor trades to maintain workflow and meet milestones.
• Enforce plans, quality standards, and safety across all fronts.
• Lead subcontractor meetings, oversee field reporting, and mentor teams.
• Drive punch lists, inspections, and turnover documentation.
