Job summary

Haley & Aldrich is seeking a Project Manager, Environmental Engineer or Geologist to lead complex environmental projects across Walnut Creek, Oakland, and San Jose. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering, Geology, or related field.
California local Bay Area environmental consulting experience; project management experience preferred.
PE or PG registration, as appropriate.
Strong written and verbal communication.
Ability to lead project teams and manage scope, schedule, and budget.

Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day project execution with accountability for scope, schedule, budget, quality, and health and safety.
Manage the full project lifecycle: scoping, cost estimating, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and financial management.
Plan and manage site characterization programs and oversee field investigations.
Interpret geologic/site characterization data and develop conceptual site models.
Prepare and review work plans, technical reports, and regulatory submittals.
Communicate with clients, subcontractors, regulators, and stakeholders.
Coach staff and ensure quality and knowledge transfer.
