Job summary

Brightline is seeking a Community Engagement Lead for BrightLife Kids in the San Francisco Bay Area. You will drive adoption of BrightLife Kids across complex community ecosystems, building strategic partnerships and shaping public health strategies.

You will spend time in the field, engaging with families and communities, and work with senior external stakeholders to advance child mental well-being. Evening and weekend hours are required.

Qualifications

• Bilingual Spanish preferred.
• Minimum 5 years in community engagement, public health, health promotion, or related field.
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools to manage partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Develop outreach and marketing strategies tailored to diverse communities in the Bay Area.
• Build and nurture relationships with county health officials, school districts, and community organizations.
• Lead field events, webinars, and in-person sessions to educate families about BrightLife Kids.
