Job summary

Bauer Hockey / Cascade Maverik Lacrosse is seeking a Supply Planner in Exeter, NH to develop and maintain supply plans, optimize inventory, and collaborate across Demand Planning, Sourcing, Logistics, and Sales teams.

You will create purchase orders, monitor supplier performance, and drive improvements in planning processes while thriving in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, industrial engineering or related field, or equivalent years of experience.
• Minimum 3–5 years of forecasting, buying, or supply chain management.
• Strong analytical, statistical problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Expert knowledge of Excel; SAP and Anaplan or similar platforms preferred.
• Knowledge of current supply chain trends and issues.
• Ability to influence and motivate others to act.
• Project management experience preferred.
• Proven leadership capability; build trust and mentor others.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate at all levels.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to negotiate and handle multiple priorities.
• Self-starter who acts without direction when needed.
• Comfortable with new and challenging situations.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Adapt quickly to changing priorities and business needs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain supply plans based on demand forecast, inventory targets, production capacity, and business requirements.
• Monitor inventory levels and identify shortages, excess inventory, and supply risks.
• Collaborate with Demand Planning, Sourcing, Logistics, Sales and Operations teams to align supply with demand.
• Create and submit purchase orders to suppliers; monitor WIP reports and address supply constraints.
• Research root causes of inventory and service-level issues and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate planning parameters and other system inputs.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and recommend process improvements.

The Supply Planner is responsible for ensuring product availability while optimizing inventory levels and production capacity using complex data mining and analysis to support the Global Sales and Planning Process, and Supply chain metrics.

Essential Job Functions & Responsibilities
