Job summary

Anduril Industries, Inc. is seeking a Software Engineer for Battlespace Awareness in Colorado.

You will design and implement advanced tracking algorithms, develop real-time software to process radar data, and collaborate with radar engineers to deploy tracking solutions across defense systems. You will optimize performance and communicate complex concepts to cross-functional teams, supporting demonstrations and field tests.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
Strong programming skills in C++ and Python.
Solid foundation in linear algebra, probability, statistics, or diff. equations.
Understanding of software engineering fundamentals: design patterns, testing, version control, debugging.
Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Top Secret SCI security clearance.

Responsibilities

Design and implement advanced tracking algorithms for air and missile threats.
Develop real-time software systems processing radar data and maintaining many tracks.
Build and validate tracking performance in modeling and simulation environments.
Collaborate with radar engineers and system architects to integrate tracking solutions.
Optimize tracking software for performance-critical environments where milliseconds matter.
Communicate concepts and trade-offs to cross-functional teams and leadership.
Participate in customer demonstrations and field tests to ensure deployment success.
