The ideal candidate has a B.S. in engineering or physical sciences, 2+ years in electrical testing, experience with Maccor systems, strong data analysis skills, and the ability to collaborate with

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or physical sciences or related discipline.
• Two+ years of experience in electrical testing, data acquisition and control systems, or related engineering environment.
• Hands-on experience with battery test equipment (Maccor or equivalent) including automated scripting, data management and plotting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• U.S. Citizenship required due to government contract requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform electrical testing of lithium-ion battery cells using automated cycling equipment (Maccor).
• Design and fabricate simple test fixtures and lab setups.
• Develop and maintain test scripts and automate testing workflows.
• Record, manage, and analyze testing data and generate technical reports.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to support product development and qualification testing.
