Job summary

Exponential Power is seeking a Service Technician to join our team in Menomonee Falls, WI. This hands-on role is perfect for someone who enjoys mechanical work, solving problems, and delivering excellent service to industrial customers.

You will install, maintain, and repair motive power battery systems and chargers at customer sites, conduct diagnostics, perform preventive maintenance, and travel locally as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience installing, servicing, and maintaining industrial products.
• Motive Power product experience (batteries, chargers, etc) is a huge plus.
• Mechanical aptitude and hands-on troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screening, background check, and DOT medical exam.
• Ability to work in a dirty job, occasionally lifting 50–100 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair motive power battery systems and chargers at customer sites.
• Conduct diagnostics and performance checks on industrial battery equipment.
• Perform preventative maintenance to ensure system reliability and safety.
• Communicate effectively with customers to explain service work and recommend solutions.
• Maintain accurate service records and follow safety protocols.
• Travel locally to customer facilities as needed.
