Job summary

You will collaborate with battery scientists, algorithm engineers, and software teams to define performance requirements, ensure safety-critical interfaces, and drive FMEA/FTA analyses for fault-tolerant systems. This role engages cross-functional teams across hardware and software domains to ensure robust, scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience in embedded systems development lifecycle.
• Experience with FMEA/FTA analyses.
• Proficiency in C/C++ or MATLAB/Simulink.

Responsibilities

• Work in a dynamic, cross-functional team to advance battery control strategies.
• Contribute to battery products for vehicles and energy storage systems.
• Define performance requirements for battery algorithms with scientists and engineers.
• Collaborate with software, controls, and infotainment teams to define ECU interfaces.
• Derive and manage activities for compliance to international markets.
• Conduct system analyses such as FMEA/FTA for fault tolerance.
