Job summary

Saft is a global battery company seeking a Site Supervisor in Milwaukee to lead the on-site team and commissioning group for energy storage projects. You will coordinate with subcontractors and contribute to quality reports and testing of battery systems. The role requires hands-on electrical and mechanical field experience and strong on-site leadership.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in electrical or mechanical discipline.
• Minimum of three years on-site electrical project supervision.
• Experience supervising multiple personnel during project execution in power/energy EPC.
• Experience managing a technical team.
• Battery knowledge a plus.
• Fluent in English; Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Directly leads the day to day activities of commissioning engineers, system engineers, HVAC controls engineers and Quality Managers.
• Liase technical support questions between the customer, stakeholders and Saft as needed.
• Onsite supervision and coordination with subcontractors, supports quality reports / documentation / checklists.
• Support Safety initiatives for projects with Site Manager and Leadership.
• Oversee daily operations, track project progress against standards.
• Participate in continuous improvement of project execution and quality system.
• Interface with HSE, project managers, and installation and commissioning managers.
• Learn and document Saft ESS product line and lessons learned.
