Qualifications
Ph.D. in Materials Science and Engineering, Physics, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field.
Specialized knowledge of electrochemistry, lithium-ion batteries, and/or other battery technology.
Understanding of cell design, cell assembly, and failure analysis.
Hands-on material and battery characterization experience.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong teamwork orientation with potential for leadership.
Responsibilities
