Qualifications

• High School Diploma or higher required.
• 2-3 years manufacturing/plant experience.
• Basic English to interpret safety instructions and communicate with team.
• Basic math skills (add/subtract/multiply/divide).
• Clean shaven appearance as per on-site policy.

Responsibilities

• On/Off Bear batteries from production line.
• Understand and practice the Quality policy.
• Use hand tools and learn specific machine controls, gauges, etc.
• Work in a lead acid battery manufacturing plant.
• Capable of working in extreme temperatures and heavy environment is a plus.
• Strong team skills.
• Solve problems and recommend solutions.
• All employees must follow strict hygiene rules including mandatory showering and lunch periods on site.
• Lift 50-80 lbs. and stand for long periods of time.
• Remove caps and perform visual check to ensure batteries facing correctly on the conveyor.
• Apply vent caps correctly, ensuring a tight seal, and label batteries.
