Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Execute daily production plan and maintain KPI targets.
• Identify staffing gaps and adjust workflow in real time to prevent production misses.
• Verify all required materials including documentation are staged and available one week prior.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily production plan and maintain KPI targets.
• Lead production meeting to identify obstacles and confirm build readiness.
• Monitor equipment functionality and initiate maintenance requests.
• Enforce production work practices with zero repeat operator issues.
• Coordinate cross-functionally with engineering, maintenance, quality, production leads, and master scheduler.
• Drive training of operators and track training requirements.
