Form Energy is hiring a Process Supervisor to lead a team of 6+ process technicians in electrode production, driving yield and throughput improvements. You will mentor staff, collaborate with process engineering, and ensure safe, efficient operations for our iron-air battery program.

We seek 4+ years in a manufacturing or R&D leadership role, familiarity with materials handling and lab practices, and comfort with digital tools and ticketing systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 6+ process technicians to ensure consistent coverage over electrode production.
• Coordinate with process engineering to train and mentor the team on latest process advancements.
• Continuously improve materials preparation and production processes to boost throughput.
• Execute daily management to meet yield and turnaround time KPIs.
• Recommend and lead installation of new equipment or tools.
