Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related discipline.
• 3+ years in process/manufacturing engineering, preferably in battery or precision manufacturing.
• Experience planning trials, analyzing process data, and documenting results.
• knowledge of root-cause analysis, DOE, and SPC.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and schematics; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, troubleshoot, and improve processes from roll press to electrolyte fill.
• Execute trials, document conditions, results, and actionable recommendations.
• Develop process settings, operating windows, and inspection methods.
• Use DOE, CAPA, and data analysis to verify results and drive improvements.
• Support PFMEA, control plans, equipment validation, and process validation.
• Coordinate work with technicians, controls, quality, materials, and suppliers.
