Job summary

Trojan Battery Company is seeking a Pasting Operator to apply paste to grids and create plates for our deep-cycle batteries. You will load materials into machines, move bear materials, and perform visual quality checks in a safety-minded environment.

The role requires ability to work on the 3rd shift (11:00 PM – 7:30 PM), pass PPE requirements, and lift 50–80 lbs. Prior manufacturing experience and basic English/math skills are preferred; high school diploma or GED is required.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years manufacturing/plant experience with a strong and consistent work history.
• Basic English proficiency to interpret work and apply safety instructions.
• Basic math proficiency (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division).

Responsibilities

• Load raw materials into machines and move materials to/from equipment.
• Apply the appropriate paste to grids and create plates for batteries.
• Perform visual inspections for quality and quantity.
• Follow PPE requirements and safety procedures in a lead-acid battery plant.
