Qualifications

• Must be able to lift 50-80 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Must wear all required PPE including a respirator.
• Basic English proficiency to interpret work and safety instructions.
• Basic math proficiency (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division).

Responsibilities

• Applies paste to grids to create plates that help the battery hold its charge.
• Loads raw materials into machines.
• Loads and unloads materials from/to machines.
• Assists operator in monitoring paste machine function.
• Performs visual inspections for quality and quantity.
• Enters data into Data Collector.
