Job summary

The Test Engineer will lead end-of-line (EOL) testing, commissioning, and validation processes for residential energy storage systems (RESS) at EcoFlow's Fort Worth facility. This role ensures all finished battery packs meet performance, communication, and electrical safety standards.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years in electrical testing, preferably with battery packs and RESS components.
• Hands-on with oscilloscopes, multimeters, automated test scripts and BMS protocols.
• Professional English; Mandarin or Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-of-line (EOL) testing, commissioning, and validation for residential energy storage systems (RESS).
• Set up, calibrate, and maintain EOL test benches, automation equipment, and HV power supplies.
• Perform electrical safety tests, thermal profiling, and BMS communication verification.
• Diagnose issues and drive corrective actions with production and design teams.
