Qualifications

• Associate degree or 5+ years manufacturing or battery industry experience.
• Direct hands-on build experience with mechanical and electronic assemblies using technical documentation.
• Familiarity with 5S and workplace organization methods.

Responsibilities

• Assemble battery packs on a mixed automation line.
• Work with dispense systems, robot cells, and laser welding equipment.
• Troubleshoot equipment and processes and debug battery pack issues.
• Build basic lab fixtures and tools.
• Perform routine maintenance on equipment.
• Measure product dimensions using calipers, micrometers, and related tools.
