Job summary

Sustainable Talent is partnering with a leading global automotive manufacturer to staff a brand-new battery pack assembly plant in Jeffersonville, Indiana. The Process Engineer will support manufacturing process engineering for the new facility, focusing on safety, quality, and productivity.

You will apply engineering principles to set up and improve processes, lead process audits, and resolve assembly concerns using Lean and Six Sigma methods.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering and 2+ years of related experience.
• Proficiency with Lean tools, Six Sigma, and problem-solving methods.

Responsibilities

• Support manufacturing process engineering for a new battery pack assembly plant.
