Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Basic computer and math skills expected.
• Ability to read, write and speak English.
• Experience with hand and power tools or fixtures preferred.
• Strong mechanical and electrical capabilities required.
• Prior project leadership experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with production team to meet schedules while adhering to quality, cost, delivery, and safety standards.
• Perform mechanical assembly, potting, soldering, and product assembly per technical drawings and documents.
• Operate specialized equipment (e.g., X-ray, holddown tools, winders) as required.
• Conduct product testing and collect/process data for quality and process improvement.
• Maintain inventory levels via ERP work orders and support safety practices.
