Job summary

The role requires 8+ years in materials/gen with leadership, strong program management, and hands-on lab-to-production experience. Travel up to 25% and collaboration across time zones are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Materials, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
• Master’s or PhD highly desirable.
• 8+ years in engineering/materials; 3+ years in people management.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional programs to develop and qualify battery materials.
• Oversee laboratory evaluation, production trials, and qualification.
• Coordinate with global teams and suppliers to meet objectives.
• Report status and risks to senior leadership weekly.
