Job summary

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in manufacturing, ability to lift up to 80 lbs, and forklift certification. You must follow procedures, work in hot/cold environments, and maintain excellent attendance.

Qualifications

• 2 years of manufacturing/plant experience with a strong and consistent work history.
• Must be clean shaven.
• Able to follow instructions and procedures as expected.
• Can work any shift as required.
• Strict hygiene rules including showering and lunch on site.
• Able to lift 80 lbs. and stand for long periods.
• Basic English proficiency to interpret safety instructions.
• Basic math proficiency (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division).

Responsibilities

• Operate different machines within a manufacturing facility.
• Load raw materials into machines.
• Assist in monitoring machine functions.
• Perform visual inspections for quality and quantity; report issues.
• Enter data and meet quality requirements.
• Work in hot and cold temperatures and use hand tools.
