Battery Energy Storage Lab Technician (Contract)
Location: Stanton, PA

Job Type: Contract (Full-Time, Onsite)
No per diem or travel assistance included; must be local or willing to commute/relocate to the site.

We are seeking a Battery Energy Storage Lab Technician to join our testing and validation team. In this hands‑on role, you will support the development, assembly, testing, and troubleshooting of battery energy storage systems (BESS). You’ll work alongside engineers and technical specialists in a lab environment, helping ensure our energy storage products meet performance, reliability, and safety standards.
- Perform testing, validation, and troubleshooting of battery modules and systems.
- Assist in setup and operation of test equipment, instrumentation, and data acquisition systems.
- Collect and document test data, report results, and identify performance trends.
- Support lab organization, equipment maintenance, and safety compliance.
- Collaborate with engineers to implement improvements in testing methods and product design.
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or related Engineering/Technology field, or equivalent hands‑on experience.
- Familiarity with battery systems, electrical testing, or power electronics is a plus.
- Basic understanding of electrical circuits, instrumentation, and lab procedures.
- Comfortable working with tools, wiring, and data logging equipment.
- Safety-minded, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in a fast‑paced environment.
- Contribute to clean energy innovation and sustainability.
