Required Education Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems Engineering, Energy Systems Engineering, or related discipline.
• Master's degree preferred.

Experience

• 7+ years of experience in power systems, energy storage, renewable integration, utility, or data center infrastructure projects.
• Direct experience with utility-scale or industrial BESS systems.
• Experience integrating BESS with generators, medium-voltage distribution systems, or microgrids.
• Experience reviewing EPC and vendor design packages.
