Job summary

Batteries Plus in Columbus, OH seeks a Store Associate to be the face of our brand, helping customers find the right solutions and supporting daily store operations.

You’ll provide product knowledge, assist with basic services like battery testing and installation, and ensure a positive, safe shopping experience for every guest.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail or customer service experience is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
• Team player with professionalism, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Comfortable with basic math and cash register operation.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform standing, walking, and hands-on tasks.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
