Kroger is seeking a Logistics/Maintenance Helper - Battery Changer in Blue Ash, OH. This on-site role supports mechanics, reviews logs, and performs preventive maintenance on equipment at our Blue Ash facility.

The position requires reading and interpreting documents, a valid driver’s license, and a willingness to learn equipment operation. It offers weekend/overtime shifts and development opportunities within the Kroger logistics network.

Qualifications

Ability to read/interpret documents.
Must be 18 years of age and have a valid driver’s license.
Willingness to continue education as necessary.
Strong time management skills.
Ability/willingness to learn to operate the following equipment: hand truck, hand and power pallet jack, power lift equipment (training provided).
Ability to effectively present information one-on-one or in small groups.
Ability to prioritize/multi-task while providing accurate/on-time results.
Ability to work a variety of shifts including weekends and overtime.
Basic math skills (counting, addition, subtraction).
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities.
Ability to write routine reports/correspondence.

Responsibilities

Assist mechanics with repairs to equipment.
Conduct parts runs.
Perform preventive maintenance on various equipment.
