Job summary

Gotion Inc. in the United States is seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead US OEM customer projects in cell product development, coordinating closely with our headquarter cell team from concept through production.

The ideal candidate has an engineering background and proven program management in lithium-ion battery technology, with cross‑functional leadership and travel as needed; base pay ranges are disclosed.

Qualifications

Master's degree or higher in Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
Extensive knowledge and experience in lithium-ion battery cell technology.
Minimum of 5 years in product development or manufacturing with engineering and project management roles.
Proficiency in JIRA, Microsoft Project, and Confluence.
Ability to work across functions and manage large teams.
Willingness to travel as required for project needs.

Responsibilities

Directly engage with US OEM customers, driving and coordinating cell development and manufacturing in tandem with the headquarter cell team.
Manage projects from conception to production handover, acting as the main point of contact throughout the process.
Develop detailed manufacturing program plans, defining strategy, scope, schedule, resources, and cost targets.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align the manufacturing program with the planned objectives.
Create, maintain, and effectively communicate project schedules to engineering leadership.
Identify innovative solutions to overcome project obstacles and maintain schedule adherence.
Prioritize and track the progress of cross-functional team tasks, balancing schedule, risk, resources, and outcomes.
