Ideal candidates follow SOPs, are detail‑oriented, can lift up to 40 lbs, and are committed to safety while contributing to continuous improvement in a fast‑growing clean-energy manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or GED and ability to follow detailed work instructions.
• Ability to stand long hours and lift up to 40 lbs in clean-room environments.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor automated production equipment across multiple steps.
