Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree in a Science or Engineering discipline with 3+ years of hands-on lab or pilot plant experience.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field with 1–3+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience operating complex process equipment and running experiments under supervision.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with engineers, scientists, and technicians.

Responsibilities

• Lead hands-on R&D execution to support battery process development.
• Operate, monitor, and optimize cell fabrication processes with limited supervision.
• Translate lab research into scalable manufacturing processes and advise on parameters.
• Prepare materials, build cells, and collect and summarize data.
• Contribute to advancing next-generation chemistries and system integration.
