Job summary

Jobtailor in the United States seeks a field service technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain industrial batteries and chargers at customer sites. You will travel in a service van and complete all required paperwork after each job.

The role requires mechanical and electrical aptitude, the ability to read schematics, and strong customer care. A high school diploma is required, and a technical degree is preferred.

• Less than 2 years related experience
• High school diploma or equivalent

• Knowledge of electrical/electronic systems
• Ability to read and understand electrical schematics
• Good written/verbal communication skills
• Good customer care skills
• Legally authorized to work in the United States
