Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of fire service experience.
• AA/AS in Fire Science or related field OR 65 credits with Bachelor's pursuit.
• Minimum of 3 years of Paramedic-level experience.
• Must be a Lieutenant (1 year).

Responsibilities

• Supervise assigned shift on fire department operations.
• Act as Incident Commander during assigned shift.
• Plan and organize shift assignments and staffing.
• Administer performance evaluations and programmatic duties.
• Enforce municipal, state, NFPA, and ICC codes and standards.
• Maintain reports, records, and interagency relationships.
