Job description:

If installing or carpentry, plumbing is your passion, we’ve got the job for you! We’re seeking a skilled installer/carpenter to provide customers with courteous, professional and technical‑precise installations of our bathroom products and services. Responsibilities include maintaining company‑issued tools, resources and materials in an orderly, safe manner, as well as updating records and paperwork for job files. The installer/carpenter will become an expert resource on all product knowledge, installation, inventory and warranty inquiries, while always displaying a professional appearance and friendly demeanor for our customers. Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and willingness to accept feedback, direction and instruction is key.

Qualifications

• 21 years of age or older with previous carpentry and/or installation/construction experience
• Direct in‑home installation experience preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Able to communicate and understand the predominant language(s) of the company trade area
• Ready to learn and implement the Re‑Bath franchise system tools, products, training and resources
• Self‑motivated and eager to help others grow and succeed
• Warm, outgoing and enthusiastic
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office and QuickBooks, Salesforce or other CRM a plus
• Must be able to safely maneuver items weighing up to 50 pounds
• Dependable transportation, valid driver’s license and insurance
• High school diploma or GED required
• Previous experience in the construction field desired
• Strong attention to detail
• The ability to regularly lift heavy objects and work on your feet all‑day
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• The ability to work well in a team environment

Responsibilities

• Travel to different job sites and determine the specific needs of each client
• Mark, measure and hang new drywall
• Demo bathrooms
• Re‑install walls, tubs, shower doors, vanities and flooring
• Patch holes and match the texture of existing drywall when needed
• Work cleanly and present a professional front to properly represent the company
• Coordinate and work together with other members of the construction team to ensure projects are completed on time
