Five Star Bath Solutions in North America is seeking a skilled bathroom technician to install and remodel residential bathrooms. The role handles a high volume of work with training provided and required.

The company promotes high-quality bath and shower solutions and offers ongoing development and a path to full-time installer after a trial period. Expect to perform multiple service calls weekly, load materials, and work with company-approved methods.

Qualifications

• Experience in general remodeling construction and light plumbing.
• Ability to lift 25-75 lbs.
• Strong problem solving and communication skills.
• Self-motivated with a can-do attitude.
• Reliable, punctual and team-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Serve clients to highest level possible.
• Serve clients on a variety of service calls.
• Perform 2 bath systems installs per week.
• Assist installer using company-approved & quality-driven methods.
• Load materials, tools, and equipment on the company transport for each job.
• Moves each job at a pace to ensure efficiency and quality.
• Unload and clean up after each job.
• Opportunity to grow to become a full-time installer after a trial period.
