Job summary

Clearwater Shower Bath is seeking skilled Bathroom Installers and Remodelers to service homeowners across Florida. This full-time role provides a company truck, tools, and a clear path from Installer to Team Lead and Installation Manager as you grow with us.

You’ll perform high-quality bath and shower remodels in customers’ homes, collaborating with management and field teams to ensure top-rated results and a standout customer experience.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of construction, remodeling, or home improvement experience preferred
• Plumbing and/or carpentry experience preferred
• Acrylic shower and bath installation experience is a plus
• Strong attention to detail
• Good problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Professional attitude when working in customers' homes
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record required
• Must be able to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening

Responsibilities

• Perform demolition and removal of existing bath and shower systems
• Installing bath and shower remodeling systems
• Performing finish carpentry and basic plumbing as needed
• Completing installations according to company quality standards
• Keeping jobsites clean, organized, and safe
• Communicating professionally with homeowners and management throughout the project
• Following established installation systems and procedures
• Uploading completion photos and job updates
• Taking ownership of the finished product and customer experience

What You'll Do
