Home Brands Group LLC in Greenville, SC is seeking an Installation Specialist to lead bathroom remodeling projects on-site. You will manage contracts, coordinate trades, and ensure a fabulous homeowner experience from start to finish.

Ideal candidates have hands-on remodeling experience, strong communication, and the ability to balance schedules, quality, and safety while traveling to job sites as needed. This role offers a competitive salary and growth potential.

Qualifications

• Residential remodeling experience with cross-functional skills in plumbing, framing, drywall, and tiling.
• Excellent customer service and clear written/verbal communication.
• Strong problem-solving with attention to code compliance and safety.
• Ability to work independently and manage project timelines in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel and stay overnight when required.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the job site daily with the customer, review contracts and materials.
• Perform full-scope bathroom remodeling installations (tile, cabinetry, framing, drywall, paint, plumbing, stone, acrylic).
• Provide a world-class customer experience and coordinate solutions with leadership.
• Collect client payments at project milestones.
• Deliver daily progress updates and next-day plans via GroupMe and Zoom with the office.
• Represent the Re-Bath and Home Depot partnership with customers and encourage reviews.
• Set up protection for home and preserve property during work.
• Safely operate company vehicles, trailers and tools; maintain safety cones when parked.
