P.J. Fitzpatrick, Inc. is hiring Bathroom Remodeling Apprentices in Morganton, NC. You will gain hands-on experience installing acrylic baths under skilled mentors and contribute to high-quality home renovations.

Starting at $18/hour with performance-based bonus opportunities, the role offers weekday schedules, potential overtime, and comprehensive benefits. No prior experience is required; training will be provided to help you grow into a skilled installer.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; training provided.
• Ability to follow instructions and work in a team.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 75 lbs.
• Good math skills for measurements and calculations.
• Strong customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Assist Lead Installers with bathtub and shower replacements.
• Learn to install acrylic bathtubs, shower systems, walls, and accessories.
• Safely remove tubs, showers, and related materials.
• Prepare job sites by protecting homes and maintaining a clean workspace.
• Load, unload, and transport materials, tools, and equipment to and from job sites.
• Measure, cut, and install materials under supervision of experienced installers.
• Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Maintain a safe work environment by following company safety procedures.
• Provide exceptional customer service by communicating professionally with homeowners.
• Keep company vehicles, tools, and equipment clean and organized.
• Continuously develop installation skills through hands-on training and mentorship.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support the installation team.
