No prior experience required; training provided. Pay starts at $22–$24 per hour with performance bonuses, Monday–Friday schedule and potential overtime.

Qualifications

• Strong interest in construction and home improvement.
• No prior experience necessary; training provided.
• Able to follow instructions and work effectively in a team.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 75 lbs.
• Good math skills for measurements and calculations.
• Strong communication and customer service.
• Willingness to work overtime or weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist Lead Installers with bathtub and shower replacement projects.
• Learn to install acrylic bathtubs, shower systems, walls, and accessories.
• Safely remove existing tubs and showers.
• Prepare job sites by protecting homes and keeping area clean and organized.
• Transport materials, tools, and equipment to job sites.
• Measure, cut, and install materials under supervision.
• Operate hand and power tools safely.
• Maintain a safe work environment and follow safety procedures.
• Provide professional customer service to homeowners.
• Keep company vehicles and equipment organized.
• Develop installation skills through hands-on training.
• Perform other duties to support the team.
