Job summary

P.J. Fitzpatrick is seeking motivated individuals to join as Bathroom Remodeling Apprentices. You will gain hands-on experience installing acrylic baths and working under skilled professionals. No experience is required, and you will be trained on-site.

Starting pay is $22–$24 per hour with performance-based bonus opportunities. Schedule is Monday to Friday with potential overtime, and you will learn safety standards while delivering high-quality results to homeowners.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; we are willing to train the right candidates.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
• Good math skills for measurements and calculations.
• Strong communication skills and a focus on customer service.

Responsibilities

• Assist experienced installers with residential bathroom remodeling projects, specializing in acrylic bath and shower systems.
• Learn to safely remove existing tubs, showers, and surrounding materials.
• Prepare work areas by protecting customers' homes and ensuring a clean, organized job site.
• Measure, cut, and install acrylic wall systems, tubs, shower bases, trim, and accessories under supervision.
• Load, unload, and transport tools, materials, and equipment to and from job sites.
• Operate hand and power tools safely while following company safety standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized company vehicle, tools, and work area.
• Assist with basic plumbing adjustments, carpentry, and finishing work as directed by the lead installer.
• Communicate professionally with homeowners and provide exceptional customer service throughout each project.
• Follow installation procedures and quality standards to ensure every bathroom is completed correctly and efficiently.
