Job summary

P.J. Fitzpatrick is seeking a dedicated team member to assist the Installer in remodeling baths or showers in customers’ homes. You will follow the installer’s directions, uphold quality and safety guidelines, and adhere to company policies to maintain project integrity.

Responsibilities include assisting with installations, ensuring clean job sites, learning staging and loading of the van, and developing carpentry and basic tool skills while maintaining a positive, safety-conscious mindset.

Qualifications

• Solid carpentry skills and basic hand tool knowledge.
• Dependable, detail oriented with good customer relations.
• Able to pass background check and have a valid driver's license.
• Willingness to learn production methods and company policies.

Responsibilities

• Follow installer directions to ensure proper installation and timely remodel.
• Provide customer service directly to the homeowner and offer solutions.
• Identify house or bathroom specs to start work and review the scope.
• Clean up job site and return equipment safely.
• Learn installation processes while being coached by the main installer.
• Assist with staging and loading the van for the next day.
