P.J. Fitzpatrick, Inc. seeks an Installer Helper to support experienced installers on residential remodeling projects, assisting with bathroom and interior installations while following guidance and safety guidelines.

Ideal candidates are dependable team players with a HS diploma, a valid driver’s license, basic carpentry skills, and the ability to lift 75 pounds. Training to advance into higher-responsibility roles is provided.

Qualifications

• Pass background check is required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to learn production methods and company policies.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong carpentry skills and basic hand tool knowledge.
• Ability to lift 75 pounds or more.
• Team player with safety and quality focus.
• Must work well with others and maintain a positive attitude.

Responsabilités

• Follow installer directions to ensure proper installation and timely remodel.
• Provide customer service to homeowners, delivering solutions for satisfaction.
• Identify house or bathroom specs to determine start point and review installation checklist.
• Clean up job site and return equipment safely per guidelines.
• Work on Install certification with coaching from the main installer.
• Stage the job and load the van for the next day to prevent delays.
