Job summary

Clearwater Shower Bath is seeking skilled Bathroom Installers and Remodelers to join our installation team serving homeowners across Florida. In this full-time role, you will perform bath and shower remodeling in customers' homes, with materials staged and tools provided, and support from our operations team to ensure a great homeowner experience.

We offer a Monday–Friday schedule with no weekends, a company box truck and tools, and opportunities for advancement into leadership as you grow with

Qualifications

• 1+ years of construction/remodeling/home improvement preferred
• Plumbing and/or carpentry experience preferred
• Acrylic shower and bath installation experience is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required
• Must be able to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening

Responsibilities

• Perform demolition and removal of existing bath and shower systems
• Install bath and shower remodeling systems
• Perform finish carpentry and basic plumbing as needed
• Complete installations according to company quality standards
• Keep jobsites clean, organized, and safe
• Communicate professionally with homeowners and management
• Follow installation systems and procedures
• Upload completion photos and job updates
• Take ownership of the finished product and customer experience

What You'll Do

As a Bathroom Installer / Remodeler, you'll work in customers' homes completing high-quality bath and shower remodeling projects.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Perform demolition and removal of existing bath and shower systems
• Installing bath and shower remodeling systems
• Performing finish carpentry and basic plumbing as needed
• Completing installations according to company quality standards
• Keeping jobsites clean, organized, and safe
• Communicating professionally with homeowners and management throughout the project
• Following established installation systems and procedures
• Uploading completion photos and job updates
• Taking ownership of the finished product and customer experience
