Job summary

Clearwater Shower Bath in Florida is growing and seeks skilled Bathroom Installers and Remodelers to join our installation team. You will install baths and showers in homeowners' homes, delivering high-quality craftsmanship.

We provide tools, materials, and support, plus a Monday–Friday schedule with no weekends, a company box truck, and benefits after 60 days. Growth opportunities into leadership roles are available as you prove yourself.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of construction, remodeling, or home improvement experience preferred
• Plumbing and/or carpentry experience preferred
• Acrylic shower and bath installation experience is a plus
• Strong attention to detail
• Good problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Professional attitude in customers' homes
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required
• Must pass background check and pre-employment drug screening

Responsibilities

• Perform demolition and removal of existing bath and shower systems
• Install bath and shower remodeling systems
• Perform finish carpentry and basic plumbing as needed
• Complete installations according to company quality standards
• Keep jobsites clean, organized, and safe
• Communicate professionally with homeowners and management throughout the project
• Follow established installation systems and procedures
• Upload completion photos and job updates
• Take ownership of the finished product and customer experience

What You'll Do

As a Bathroom Installer / Remodeler, you'll work in customers' homes completing high-quality bath and shower remodeling projects.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Perform demolition and removal of existing bath and shower systems
• Installing bath and shower remodeling systems
• Performing finish carpentry and basic plumbing as needed
• Completing installations according to company quality standards
