West Shore Home in Winston-Salem, NC seeks a Residential Remodeler to perform safe installations and provide customers with a 5-star experience. Schedule is Monday–Friday, starting at 6:30 AM. Responsibilities include loading, traveling to jobs, installing baths, and thorough cleanup.

Requirements include carpentry/remodeling/plumbing experience or eagerness to learn, a high school diploma, basic tool knowledge, a valid driver’s license, and two-factor authentication access to company systems.

Qualifications

• Experience in carpentry, remodeling, plumbing – or a hunger to learn!
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation
• Must have a valid smartphone to log into Company required systems using two-factor authentication

Responsibilities

• Arrive at warehouse by 6:30 AM to load materials and trucks
• Travel to customer’s home, greet them, and establish rapport
• Demo existing bath/shower and install new tub or pan, wall surround, and update plumbing if needed
• Clean up thoroughly, showing care for the customer’s home
• Collect paperwork and payment, then return to warehouse
