• Ability to lift and carry heavy materials, climb stairs, and work in physically demanding conditions.
• Must have a reliable vehicle capable of transporting supplies to job sites.
• Own necessary tools for bath remodeling installations.
• Must provide proof of General Liability insurance.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Perform tub-to-shower conversions and other bath remodeling projects according to company specifications and local building codes.
• Ensure all installations are completed with high attention to detail and craftsmanship.
• Safely load, transport, and unload materials to job sites.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with homeowners throughout the installation process.
