We are actively hiring skilled and experienced 1099 Independent Contractors specializing in bath remodeling and need to fill these positions ASAP . As a contractor, you will be responsible for completing high-quality tub-to-shower conversions and other bath remodeling projects. This role requires expertise in general carpentry, plumbing connections, and finishing work. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, professional, and committed to delivering outstanding craftsmanship while representing Expo Home Improvement's standards.

Key Responsibilities

Installation & Project Execution:

• - Perform tub-to-shower conversions and other bath remodeling projects according to company specifications and local building codes.
• - Ensure all installations are completed with high attention to detail and craftsmanship.
• - Safely load, transport, and unload materials to job sites.
• - Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times.

Customer Interaction & Professionalism:

• - Communicate clearly and professionally with homeowners, keeping them informed throughout the installation process.
• - Maintain a professional appearance and work ethic, ensuring a positive customer experience.
• - Conduct a final walkthrough with customers to ensure satisfaction and demonstrate functionality of completed installations.

Compliance & Safety:

• - Follow all safety guidelines and regulations to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws.
• - Adhere to manufacturer specifications and company installation standards.
• - Maintain all necessary licensing, insurance, and certifications required for work.

Team Collaboration & Reporting:

• - Work closely with the Installation Manager to ensure project timelines and quality expectations are met.
• - Troubleshoot unforeseen situations on-site and communicate effectively with the management team.
• - Provide accurate and timely project updates and required documentation.

Position Type

This is an Independent Contractor (1099) position. Contractors are responsible for their own taxes, insurance, and benefits. Work assignments are project-based and dependent on business demand.
