Job summary

P.J. Fitzpatrick is hiring a hands-on installer helper to support bathroom and remodeling projects in customers’ homes. You will work under the installer, learn production methods, and follow company safety guidelines in a team-driven environment.

Requirements include 21+ years old, valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, ability to lift 75 pounds, and willingness to work overtime. Competitive pay and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong carpentry skills and basic hand-tool knowledge.
• Excellent customer relations and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist installer with remodeling of bathrooms or other areas as directed.
• Follow installation guidelines, quality and safety policies.
• Identify work scope from house/bathroom specs and verify installation checklist.
• Maintain clean work site and secure tools and equipment.
• Support loading the van and staging jobs for ongoing work.
