New Works Remodeling in Pittsburgh, PA is seeking a Bath Installer Helper to support lead installers on bathroom remodeling projects and learn the trade. This is a hands-on role with growth into a full-time Acrylic Bath Installer.

The ideal candidate has basic construction knowledge, a strong work ethic, and is dependable. Training is provided, with a supportive team environment and opportunities to advance as you gain experience.

Qualifications

• Basic construction knowledge is preferred, no formal experience required.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude.
• Ability to use or learn basic hand and power tools.
• Ability to lift up to 75-100 pounds.
• Valid driver's license preferred.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in bathroom remodeling projects, including demolition and installation.
• Support lead installers with carpentry and basic construction tasks.
• Load, unload, and organize tools and materials.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Follow company installation standards and procedures.
• Interact professionally with customers on job sites.
• Learn installation techniques and product knowledge.
• Help ensure projects are completed efficiently and on time.
