New Works Remodeling in Pittsburgh, PA is hiring a Bath Installer Helper (part-time) to support lead installers on bathroom projects and learn skilled installation techniques. No formal experience required; basic construction knowledge and a reliable attitude are valued.

You will receive hands-on training, work with a supportive team, and have the opportunity to grow into a full-time Acrylic Bath Installer as you gain experience and demonstrate your dedication to quality craftsmanship.

Qualifications

• Basic construction or handyman knowledge preferred (no formal experience required)
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude
• Ability to use or learn basic hand and power tools
• Ability to lift up to 75-100 pounds
• High school diploma or GED preferred

Responsibilities

• Assist in bathroom remodeling projects, including demolition and installation
• Support lead installers with carpentry and basic construction tasks
• Load, unload, and organize tools and materials
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Follow company installation standards and procedures
• Interact professionally with customers on job sites
• Learn installation techniques and product knowledge
• Help ensure projects are completed efficiently and on time
