Job summary

New Works Remodeling is seeking a Bath Installer Helper to assist lead installers on bathroom remodeling projects in Pittsburgh, PA, and surrounding areas. This part-time position offers hands-on training with experienced installers and the opportunity to grow into a full-time Acrylic Bath Installer.

The team prides itself on craftsmanship, customer satisfaction, and a supportive work environment, with training provided to develop skills in installation techniques and product knowledge.

Qualifications

• Basic construction knowledge preferred
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude
• Ability to use or learn basic hand and power tools
• Ability to lift up to 75-100 pounds
• Valid driver's license preferred
• High school diploma or GED preferred

Responsibilities

• Assist in bathroom remodeling projects, including demolition and installation
• Support lead installers with carpentry and basic construction tasks
• Load, unload, and organize tools and materials
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Follow company installation standards and procedures
• Interact professionally with customers on job sites
• Learn installation techniques and product knowledge
• Help ensure projects are completed efficiently and on time
